Greg Lewis is a Family Business Consultant at The Tennessee Center for Family Business in Nashville, Tennessee. He has over 40 years of experience working in his own family businesses. His personal experience in building and leading family businesses makes him a valuable resource to family business executives who want to become more effective leaders as they deal with the unique mix of family and non-family team members, values, culture and processes in which their family business operates. Greg is host of Family Business Today  podcast where he has conversations with prominent local and national family business owners and top family business experts on topics of interest to family businesses.

Greg is a frequent speaker on family business and leadership at Conferences, Clubs and Chamber events . He has a passion for working with next generation of entrepreneurs and family business leaders. He serves as a Master Mentor at The Nashville Entrepreneur Center as well as a Mentor in Residence at The Wondr'y Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Vanderbilt University. He is Past President of the Franklin Rotary at Breakfast.

Greg received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and holds leadership certifications from the Keller Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and the Center for Association Leadership in Washington, DC. He is a certified trainer with the Ken Blanchard Companies in Situational Leadership II ®, the most taught leadership model in the world. 

In his spare time, he loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and cooking. He is a certified Kansas City Barbecue Society Judge. Greg lives in Williamson County with his wife, Jennifer, and their golden retriever, Giggles. They are proud parents of three beautiful daughters and one grandson.

Jennifer Lewis has been involved in family businesses as a spouse and at times partner. She has held numerous positions in family business including laborer, manager, VP Human Resources to President. Jennifer is an experienced counselor, trainer, facilitator, and mentor with a passion for helping others achieve their potential. Jennifer has over thirty years’ experience in working with individuals, couples, families, employers and organizations.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis.  Jennifer is certified as a Myers-Briggs Practitioner and as a Global Career Development Facilitator. Jennifer serves as President of the Tennessee Center for Family Business.

Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends. She played basketball at the University of Tennessee; Once a Lady Vol, Always a Lady Vol. Jennifer lives in Williamson County with her husband, Greg, and their golden retriever, Giggles. They are proud parents of three beautiful daughters and one grandson.
